When water is coming through a ceiling, most people don't know which company to call, or whether that company even covers their part of town. DryHaven Restoration handles that step. You call or send a request, and we route it to an independent restoration company that serves your ZIP code and the type of damage you have.
What we are, and what we aren't
DryHaven Restoration is a referral service. We are not a restoration contractor. Calls and requests are routed to independent restoration companies that serve your area; those companies quote and perform all work.
That means we don't send our own crews, issue estimates, or hold contractor or mold licenses ourselves. The company that comes out does, and you can ask them for license and insurance details before work starts. In Texas, you can verify mold licenses on the TDLR license search.
What we connect you with
- Water damage: Extraction, drying and repair after leaks, burst pipes and flooding.
- Mold removal: Inspection, containment and removal of mold growth, plus the moisture behind it.
- Fire & smoke damage: Soot, smoke odor and water from firefighting, cleaned and documented.
- Sewage & biohazard: Category 3 water, sewage backups and other contaminated cleanups.
What to ask the company that calls you
- Are you licensed for this work in my state (for example, TX, FL, LA and NY license mold remediation)?
- Will you document moisture readings and photos for my insurance claim?
- Do you bill my insurance directly, and what will I owe?
- Who does the rebuild after drying, and is that a separate contract?
