Who we are

DryHaven Restoration is a referral service. We are not a restoration contractor. Calls and requests are routed to independent restoration companies that serve your area; those companies quote and perform all work.

What we collect

• Information you submit: name, phone, email, ZIP code, the type of damage and any notes.
• Call information: calls may be routed through call-tracking numbers and recorded for quality and billing.
• Technical data: pages visited, referring source, campaign parameters (such as UTM or click IDs), device type, and a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention.

How we share it

We share your request with up to three independent restoration companies that serve your area so they can contact you about your request. We also use service providers for hosting, analytics and lead delivery. We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing.

Calls and texts

By submitting a request you agree that we and the companies we share it with may call or text you about it, including by automated means. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
