How coverage works

DryHaven is a referral service, not a contractor. Requests go to independent restoration companies that have told LeadSmart they serve that ZIP code and type of damage. Coverage figures on state pages come from LeadSmart coverage data dated 2026-10-05.

Do you really cover every state?

Homeowners in every state and D.C. can call or send a request. Partner coverage varies: it's densest in large metro areas and thinner in rural areas. Each state page shows current partner coverage from LeadSmart data, and if no partner serves your ZIP, we'll say so.

Why does my state page talk about different risks than my neighbor's?

Because the risks are different. Basements and frozen pipes dominate in the North, hurricanes and humidity in the Southeast, monsoons and slab leaks in the Southwest, and wildfire smoke and atmospheric rivers in the West.

My city doesn't have its own page. Can I still get help?

Yes. City pages exist where we have enough local information to make them useful. Enter your ZIP or send a request and we'll route it to a partner that serves your area.

Water, mold or fire damage? Get the right crew on it.
